Patron XO Cafe is created to very exact specifications by this small, family owned distillery and originated from a very unique blend of XO Fine tequila and pure natural coffee essence. The Tequila is blended to be "dry" not sweet as with most low proof coffee liqueurs. The higher proof brings out the flavour of the pure coffee essence and the XO Fine tequila.

Patron Tequila, like many of their peers, hailsfrom finest growing region in Mexico, high in the mountains of Jalisco. The region has the perfect soil and climate which allows a perfect balance of sugar and acid in the Weber Tequilana Blue Agave plant. Patron take matters a step further siting an eye for detail being at the source of everything that they do- whether that be hand chopping the Agave plant to reveal its Pina (heart) or the slow 3 day distillation of its the plants juice or indeed ageing their Tequila in hand made barrels only.
